Arrival

The condo (unit 5A) is located on the lower floor of building #5.

When entering the property from Route 302 (bottom of the map) continue straight and go to the clubhouse. The keys for the unit are kept with the attendant at the front desk. Please be sure to return the keys to the front desk when departing after your stay.

In the unit there is a green pass that you can use to access the clubhouse facilities. (located just outside of the kitchen next to the fridge). Please return this pass to that location when departing as replacements cost $25 each.

Kitchen

The kitchen should have everything you would likely need during your stay. If you find that you need something it does not have, please let us know and we will see what we can do for the future.

You will find trash bags and dish washing liquid beneath the sink if needed.

Living Room

The couch along the outside window is a full-sized bed if needed. To open, pull it slightly away from the wall and lift the lower (seat) section upward until you hear the clicking sound. After that, lower it and it will open to a full-sized bed. Closing is exactly the same process.

The living room has a fireplace, however, at the moment it is decorative only, as it requires servicing prior to future use.

Heat / Air / AC

• The thermostat is located in the hallway. Please restore the heat to 60 when leaving.
• The A/C (living room) has a controller which is located in a basket on the table in the living room. Please turn the A/C off prior to departing.
• There is an air purifier located to the right of the TV in the living room. Its controller is also located in the basket on the table. Please turn the purifier off when departing.
• The TV and internet have separate controllers. You need to turn both on in order to operate the TV. Both controllers are also located in the same basket on the living room table.

Clubhouse

In the unit you will find a green pass located at the small desk just off of the kitchen - usually hanging from the wall peg just over the desk. This pass gives you access to the clubhouse facilities. Towels are provided at the clubhouse — please do not use condo towels there. Please remember to return the pass to this location when leaving (replacements cost $25).

Groceries

By far, the best location to get groceries etc. is Grant’s Shop and Save. It has most everything that you might need. Turn right when exiting the property onto Route 302 and follow it for about 10 minutes; you will find Grant’s on the right at 9 US Route 302, Glen, NH.

• The Sunrise Shack — 644 White Mountain Hwy, Glen, NH 03838
• Bagel’s Plus — 2988 White Mountain Hwy, North Conway, NH 03860

• May Kelly’s Cottage — 3002 White Mountain Hwy, North Conway, NH 03860 Irish pub setting. Foods are definitely on the filling/heavier side. Perhaps not the best choice if you prefer lighter foods/salads.
• Muddy Moose — 2344 White Mountain Hwy, North Conway, NH 03860-5149 Good all-round menu. More suitable if you have children.
• Vito Marcello’s — 45 Seavey St, North Conway, NH 03860-5357 Upscale Italian. Best for adults without young children.

Things to Do Before Leaving

• Empty all trash and discard in the trash dumpsters located throughout the property.
• Lock the dumpster door after placing trash in, to prevent bears from getting access.
• Place recycling in the special designated dumpster located in the parking lot outside the main clubhouse.
• Turn off A/C
• Turn off air purifier
• Set thermostat to 60
